Biography:
Mr. Kevin Peng was appointed as the Generation Project Manager in August 2018, and had supported the IPP Renewal Project through conceptual scoping, financing, and stakeholder approval phases as the Engineering Supervisor for LADWP's Operating Agent Group from 2016. He joined LADWP’s Major Projects group in 2009 as a Project Engineer for the Haynes and Scattergood Repowering Projects, two of LADWP's largest in-basin generation projects in the last decade.
